Frequently asked questions
Can I get a receipt for my donation?
Yes. When payment is complete the e-receipt is sent to your email address; you can verify its number on the Receipt Lookup page.
Is paying by card secure?
Payment is taken on a 3D Secure-enabled infrastructure. Your card details are never stored on foundation systems.
Does my donation go exactly to the project I choose?
Yes. If a campaign exceeds its target, the surplus moves to a similar project and donors are informed by email.
